Easy to Navigate:
Menu-driven models make it easy for anyone to quickly learn how to use the model.
  • Drop-down menu allows user to ‘jump’ to any screen.
  • Forecast Overview button placed prominently for quick access.
  • Admin sheets allow for making on-going adjustments to forecast model (changing start year, changing names of analogues, adding new analogues, etc.)
 
Forecast Overview:
Provides all the top-level information at your fingertips.
  • Toggle between Sales and Prescription forecast.
  • Table segregates Baseline from Market Event forecast.
  • Dynamic graph shows monthly forecast phasing per market event.
  • Summary comments provide insights into event impacts (analogue chosen and why, event timing, etc.)
 
Market Event Sheets:
Allow for selecting one of three analogues per market event.
 
...And changing the timing of each event.

In other models we've added:

  • Sensitivity Analysis pages: These allow the user to change market shares, product pricing, and other key variables and draw comparisons with forecast model results.
  • Actual to Forecast gauges: These provide for an on-going evaluation of your forecast accuracy against actual results. This may signal a need to make adjustments to your forecast.
  • Treatment Algorithms: These diagrams provide useful illustrations of patient flows.
  • Analogue Comparators: These charts provide useful insights into analogue selection.
  • Unit-level forecast measures: These go beyond the prescription level to the strength or SKU-level.
